Only One Entry Per Month - Your Qualified Entry Observation is based upon a verifiable Email Address - Winner must be able to recieve an Email Contact; the only contact is Dan Allen, oprations manager , Futures Power. Winner will be determined by Community Vote - The Observation receiving the most votes.
