TECHNICAL TRAINING - included the study and understanding of proper & safe operation of many aircraft systems, to include the following: Hydraulics, pneudraulics, jet engine operation, electrical, aerodynamics, corrosion of dissimilar metals, NDI, liquid oxygen servicing, fueling, de-fueling, flight controls, R & R of parts, inspections, use of technical manuals, and following strict procedures to complete the work, with a multitude of paper work before the job and after the job was complete
MANAGEMENT TRAINING - Scheduling work as shift supervisor, training & testing of subordinates, evaluations of workers & work progress, delegating authority, communication between workers, supervisors, your division and other divisions, and finally listening well to maintain a friendly repose with all.
