Futures Power a developement in New Haven N.Y.
Futures Power is an initiative in your community and believes that our future is at hand. Just like twenty five years ago when computer technology was introduced to the lay-person at a premium cost. Danny Allen a novice to computers, took the challenge then, to buy and gain the understanding needed, to see that his children would grow up with the technology of computers as a normal component of every day life. And today computers are affordable. Computers have become a necessary tool, a part, or a device used in most all aspects of business, education, Government and personal use. Today we are emerging on new technologies to be use as the 21st 
century begins. Futures Power plans to use, build, and incorporate the 21st century technologies, wind, solar, geothermal and hydrogen power within your community. Again Danny Allen is a novice to these technologies, but has again taken on the challenge to educate himself for his grandchildren and our next generation. Time will hold the answer, if his vision will become a reality.
Futures Power is an energy supply company (ESCO), in the deregulated energy utility marketplace. Futures Power is located in New Haven, New York within Oswego County and would like to help build and develop changes necessary within it’s community with out any additional increases to everyone’s property taxes. New Haven is on the verge of decisions affecting changes to it’s future growth. The entire community must embrace those changes. Also the community must have a master plan to enhance it’s future. These changes will affect all residents over the next 20 to 30 years and beyond. Futures Power is seeking the communities evolvement to address it’s needed changes, and with cooperation from this community (New Haven) Futures Power will build infrastructure as profits become available.
New Haven within Oswego County and Oswego County within the state of New York is in a very strategic location for future growth. The movement of traffic within Oswego county is a key component to it’s future. Oswego county sits on the transition of the shore line of Lake Ontario East-West and North-South but lacks an interstate highway system for mass movement of traffic threw the county, and New Haven is this key township on that transition. High priority in a master plan should be given to development of mass transit and an interstate highway system. With higher volume and ease of traffic flow in and out of the county this will bring new business to the county and New Haven that will contribute to taxes without an increase to our communities personnel tax burden. Future business will be the key to New Haven’s growth without the need to personnel tax increases. Let new business build the necessary infrastructure as it contribute to the tax base. Many state programs, federal programs and incentives are available to new business research & development. Additional research by all agencies, business, individuals, and local government maybe needed before enacting polices affecting changes today. Zoning, local policies, new laws or regulations, and needed changes within Oswego County and New Haven must be addressed. New Haven needs to seek and establish Empire Zone status for business growth, if New Haven wants changes.
Oswego county has a concentration of resources that will carry it into the near term future. The State University of Oswego, will play a key role needed to help us transform the future into the skilled manpower of tomorrow. The high concentration of energy developed business within Oswego county may provide help to the skilled manpower. Oswego county and New York State has seen it’s share of lost businesses, but this maybe a catalyst needed to it’s future. With the transformation and loss of business, we will need to redevelop, educate, and build a new concentration of skills for mankind’s future. Accepting the fact that Tomorrow is here today, Oswego county must concentrate to use the unemployed and it’s children to build new. A near term goal (10 years) is to align your environment with a reality to build and develop new infrastructure. Our concentration will be to fix the problems related to weather, education, business (lack there of), high taxes, etc. What will it take for zero unemployment? What is needed to attract new growth? What will reduce our taxes to zero? Futures Power holds the answer in it’s visions, (20 - 50 years, and beyond) for Oswego County and New York State
Futures Power is dedicated to move it’s resources into our solar system. The future of mankind is our ability to accept our role to live in the great expanse of space. As humans move to colonization of the moon, mars, and beyond to the next star, an acceptance by all must be first. By accepting the challenge to go forth into space mankind must implement outstanding changes. As Futures Power grows it will return all necessary resources back to the colonization of space.
